The Elderberry Syrup can be used daily to boost your immune system and as prevention and treatment for colds, flu and other viral infections.

Ingredients: Organic elderberries, organic marshmallow root, organic ginger, organic cinnamon, homegrown rose petals, raw honey, purified water

The syrup comes in a 210ml amber glass bottle

Daily dose:

Adult: 1/2 - 1 Tbsp

Children: 1/2 - 1 tsp (1/4 for very young children)
