Ingredients: Homegrown Mugwort (Artemisia Vulgaris), organic cold-pressed Olive Oil (Olea europaea), beeswax, organic Mugwort essential oil

Topical use only for: cramps, menstrual cramps, hormonal cysts, sore muscles, joint pain, swellings, fungal skin infections, insect bites, dreamwork (to enhance dreaming, dream recall, lucid dreaming), meditation

Mugwort has a long history of use as a dreaming and protection herb. Applying a small amount to the temples, forehead, and the back of the neck may improve dream recall. Massaging it into the shoulders will help relieve tension. Alternatively, it can be applied to the soles of the feet or rubbed into the hands and inhaled. I have added a very small amount of certified organic Mugwort essential oil.

Mugwort has antispasmodic, antiseptic, antibacterial and anti-fungal topical properties. It is a warming herb that can be used to improve circulation and help with muscle and joint pain. It can be rubbed into the abdomen to relieve menstrual cramps and regulate the menstrual cycle. It can also be used on fungal skin infections and bug bites

Mugwort is a powerful herb that should not be used for more than a week at a time if applied to temples and forehead.
